Congress sends gun liability bill to President for signature.

Congress passed a sweeping bill yesterday protecting the gun industry from a broad range of suits.

The law, promoted heavily by the NRA for years shields most domestic manufactures of hand guns and rifles from suits by the victims of those who die at the hands of those weapons.
