Profile of a Trial Lawyer, Attorney David J. Dean

In a story that would move any trial lawyer who has fought against long odds, the Sunday NY Times did a too brief profile of Attorney David J. Dean, the lead attorney in the Port Authority Bombing case mentioned earlier this week on our blogs.

If you are currently fighting long odds, or wonder if better days are ahead, you could do far worse then to read this over and remember why it is trial lawyers do what they do, and what it is that motivates them to fight on in the face of long odds. A wonderful profile on a case that begged for a champion.
