Attorney Jan Schlichtmann featured in AP story on innovative Shade Tree Trust.
Saturday, March 24, 2007 at 12:47PM In a nationally circulated story noted Civil Action Attorney Jan Schlichtmann was featured today in a major AP wire story written by reporter Jay Lindsey on the innovative Shade Tree Trust established by Attorney Schlichtmann. The trust is attempting to assist municipalities in Massachusetts determine the extent of damage that slow or low level natural gas leaks have caused to old growth trees in the cities and towns of the Commonwealth, and to determine the best and most equitable method to save or replace them.
