Summum v. Pleasant Grove

Last week, the Supreme Court agreed to review a ruling of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, granting a small religious organization the right to place monuments in two city parks in Utah. Scott Drake talks with Ayesha Kahn, Legal Director for Americans United for the Seperation of Church and State. She filed a joint Amicus brief on the case urging the court to be aware of the the church and state implications.
