An attorney for a half dozen gay couples challenging Iowa’s same-sex marriage ban argued today before

the state supreme court that the law violates his clients’ constitutional rights.

Scott Drake talks with Howard Law Prof. Aderson Francois who wrote an amicus brief comparing these cases to past interracial marriage struggles.
