Madoff Investors Seek to Recoup

Investors who lost everything may plan to sue Bernie Madofff but that could take years to work through the courts and yield little in the end. Their best hope to recoup money lost is from the Securities Investor Protection Corp., an industry-funded organization set up by the government to protect investors from fraud.

Scott Drake talks with Robert Schachter of New York based Zwerling, Schachter and Zwerling who is representing some Madoff investors.
