Supreme Court ruling a victory for older workers

Roberta%20Ashkin.jpgWashington ~ The Supreme Court ruled for older workers Thursday in a closely watched age discrimination case, placing on employers the burden of proving that a layoff or other action that hurts older workers more than others was based not on age but on some other “reasonable factor.”

Podcast...Roberta Ashkin (The Ashkin Law Firm in New York) comments on the ruling and it's implications.
