Mattel/MGA fight over Bratz doll

Toy companies Mattell and MGA have filed lawsuits over the rights to the "Bratz" doll.  Mattell says doll creator, Carter Bryant, developed the idea while working for Mattell.  MGA  takes in $500 million annually from the line.

Scott Drake talks with Simon Frankel of Washington's Covington & Burling, who represents all four amicus organizations.

barbies are the best and i have had a whole collection of barbies and bratz dolls and i like barbies so much better. first of all bratz have a big head , and it is so big they can barley sit up , second of all their feet are big and they fall off and dont stay on half of the time , and third of all ,bratz dont have a real looking body shape , and they look horrible! i have barbies and my sister used to have bratz dolls i played with both so take my advice you dummy bratz doll lovers like everybody i know loves barbies all my freinds and family even my sister hates them too now! love barbies!

barbie is a fashion model. if you like that stuff. bratz are skamps with thier little mini skirts and toob tops. the only doll that is appropriet or cool is moxie girls they all have a little motto about being yourself and they actualy where descent clothing. thier heads arent the bigest part of them. they dont focus on fashion they focus on being you. and they dont have big boobs they are only developing them.

i like barbie and bratz, but i only got one par of shoes for the bratz and about 5 dolls and one par for barbie and about 10 dolls. but i haven't got a desent doll for like 6 years and my little sis likely lost all the shoes and some of the cloths and i only got the one par of shoes for the barbie cus i got one last summer and it is crap! the legs dont bend, the shoes are like a cm high ( wich i high for a doll) and when my sis has her do the splets, her dress goes up!
