Indiana files lawsuit against Countrywide

Citing deceptive and misleading lending practices, the Indiana State Attorney General's office has filed a lawsuit against Countrywide

It is well known among the indiana mortgage lending and real estate businesses that Countrywide was a fertile ground for questionable home loans.
