Will The Obama Administration Pursue Immigration Reform?

Scott Drake discusses the Obama administration's challenges in immigration reform with Attorney Elena Park. She heads the immigration practice at Cozen O'Connor in Philadelphia.

The Obama administration is overcome by economic and military challenges. Will much needed immigration reform take a back seat?

Park provides insight to some of the issues that should be addressed in 2009, including visas, border fencing and doing the due diligence necessary to bring us closer to a reasonable solution.
