Jordan Kimmel "What Future Securities Regulation May Look Like"

At the time of this interview the stock market had dropped to the 6500 level as more bailout money went to AIG. Things have rebounded some since and hopefully sustained growth is coming.

Jordan Kimmel (Magnet Investment Group) a frequent commentator on CNBC, Fox  Business Week talks about what form future securities regulation may take. Can you say "transperency"?
