Rob Wood Seminar on 468B Trusts and QSF's

Attorney Robert Wood and the Tax Institute to host a seminar on 468b trusts and qualified settlement funds.

This weeks voices of the law features Jan Schlichtmann and Mark Wahlstrom discussing the up coming seminar with Attorney Robert Wood on his new book covering 468b trusts and qualified settlement funds. The seminar will be at the Phoenix Marriott next to Skyharbor airport and will be on April 17th, 2009. I know the first newsletter mentioned the 12th but it will definitely be held on the 17th of April.

Designed as a one day fly in seminar, 5 hours long it will cover every aspect of 468b trusts from the lawyers, tax experts, trust companies and settlement planners who are actually using these powerful tools. Starting at 10:00 am for easy fly in, ending at 3:00 pm and minutes from departure gates, this is the ideal seminar for the busy professional.

Of course it is held in Phoenix in April on a Friday so if you want to arrive early or stay over you’ll be assured great weather and a great time.

Watch The Legal Broadcast Network or go to Robert Wood’s web site for more details, but hold the date of April 17th for the first comprehensive seminar on 468b trusts specifically for lawyers, planners, trust companies and life insurance company personnel.
