Coming this week, an exclusive interview with Jan Schlichtmann on the Mass Turnpike toll equity lawsuit

On Monday morning we will have an exclusive interview with the legal team involved in the Toll Equity Trust, which has sued the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority for $300 million in a move to return to toll payors wrongfully allocated funds paid to finance the Big Dig.

As articles in the Boston Globe, American Lawyer, The Boston Herald and numerous Boston TV and radio stations have attested, ( Links to all of these  listed below ) this story is starting to gain considerable momentum in Massachusetts as residents, tax payors, toll payors and others have reached the boiling point in the redistribution of funds to pay for the never ending Big Dig project. Jan Schlichtmann

In our Monday morning interview we look to speak not only with Jan Schlichtmann, the attorney made famous by the book and movie "A Civil Action", and also one of the hosts here on The Legal Broadcast Network, but also Scott Harshberger, former State Attorney General, Daniel Winslow who worked with former Govenor Mitt Romney and noted Reed Smith attorney Donald Winslow. This all star legal team will be pursuing this landmark case and the Legal Broadcast Network will follow it exclusively.
