Los Angeles criminal defense attorney Michael Kraut says Extortion allegations are becoming a popular trend.

HollywoodNews.com: As porn star Christina Walsh – Capri Anderson – has filed a criminal complaint Capri Anderson interviewed on Nightlineagainst Charlie Sheen, authorities are reportedly taking the matter seriously and searching for proof of her claims.

Cops will reportedly subpoena medical records from when he allegedly broke down in New York in order to determine if cocaine was involved, states RadarOnline.com. Walsh claims that Sheen was using the drug the night he allegedly lost control.

The officers are still investigating Walsh’s claims as Sheen is claiming that she has been trying to extort him.
