Sramana Mitra Interview: "Financial Reform...Legal vs. Right"

Silicon Valley strategist Sramana Mitra writes in Forbes... "Last week the Wall Street vs. Washington drama took a definitive turn. Sen. Carl Levin succinctly interrogated Goldman Sachs executives, including Chief Executive Lloyd Blankfein, personifying the nation's disgust with Wall Street's ongoing irresponsible and shameless conduct.

I don't think Goldman did anything illegal. Hence, as the stock price reflects, no one expects the SEC case to actually hold. But the point of this investigation is not simply the legal case. It is to raise an important question: Is what is legal necessarily what is right?"
