Conrad Murray appeals manslaughter coviction

Judge Hyman discusses issues related to sentencing Conrad Murray for the death of Michael Jackson. Murray was convicted of manslaughter and his unrepentant attitude during the trial gave the judge reason to verbally admonish Murray and set the maximum sentence. Murray has since appealed the conviction.
